HOW DOES SOLAR SPECTRUM GO TO MARKET?

• Solar Spectrum will sell to select dealer / installers who have semi - exclusive territories.  The goal is to have high quality, high service installers that sell numerous systems per week.
• Solar Spectrum has MSRP’s for the various systems to help control end pricing
• Solar Spectrum dealer expectations

• Stock and sell Solar Spectrum systems
• Provide 1 year labor warranty to consumer
• Provide a free system inspection after one year
• Sell a service agreement providing annual service that ensures system warranty

• Solar Spectrum will use company sales people to recruit, establish and maintain the Solar Spectrum dealer network

• Reps provide in field support and training for Solar Spectrum dealer

 

WILL SOLAR SPECTRUM SELL TO PHC WHOLESALERS?

• No.  To ensure the right consumer experience via a qualified install and ongoing service, Solar Spectrum will only sell to Solar Spectrum dealers

 

CAN SOLAR SPECTRUM DEALERS SELL TO OTHER INSTALLERS?

• Yes, but the Solar Spectrum dealer assumes responsibility for servicing and supporting the installer and end consumer
