SAMPLE WALK THROUGH OF AN EVENT:
Friendly Competition Format:
Arrive to enjoy a short 'cocktail hour' complete with option of appetizers and a full bar.
Teams are broken into smaller teams based on your direction.
Short introduction and demonstration.
Each team will be given a recipe or multiple recipes that they must plan, manage, and complete within a set timeframe.
Teams will work in their individual teams as well as interact with the other teams to complete their recipes.
Teams create unique presentations with their food and work together as a whole group to prepare the room for their meal.
While the teams sit to eat and enjoy their creations, our chefs will judge the 'Best of Show'.
